I normally don't watch anything else except romantic comedies, but this one made it into my "not bad" list eventhough there is absolutely no comedy whatsoever in this one.
Starring:
Kim Nam Gil as Shim Gun Wook - hmmmm first impressions, this guy did not appeal to me at all.
Han Ga In as Moon Jae In - ooo this one is pretty thing, but she looked much prettier in Witch Yoo Hee
Kim Jae Wook as Hong Tae Sung - this guy is absolutely DELICIOUS! soooo cute, he's one worth watching. Seen him in "Mary Stayed up All Night" and he's a total cutie.......~~
- did not upload any pic for tae ra
Oh Yun Soo as Hong Tae Ra
Jung So Min as Hong Mo Ne - She's pretty cute in "playful kiss" and have a totally different character in this one.
This drama is pretty interesting and it is a step out of my normal romantic comedy. It's a serious drama with one of those revengeful plots. It's weirdly interesting because Kim Nam Gil's character is a strangely mystifying and oh-so mysterious man. Something seems to be wrong with him, a dark side to him. So this rather "dark force" seems to draw me to watch every episode. I must comment the script is rather well written and each episode is a new chapter that draws to watch the next one.
Kim Nam Gil is to portray a sexy man and he does a good job here especially the first few episodes where he is a stuntman. Really sexy.
Nothing boring here. And my eye candy is Kim Jae Wook. I root for him to be with Han Ga In, but of course, Kim Nam Gil gets the girl.
BUT BUT BUT----poor ending
The ending sucks! It's a complicated, absurd mix of an ending where everyone is left dark and lonely, full-on emptiness and with big gaping holes in their hearts! It just leaves the rest of your day dark and gloomy. So if you don't mind gloominess, go for it! Of course, death is not missed out, so grave.
Highly recommended as a serious drama, but not recommended because of the very gloomy complicated ending.
Points i'd give: 6 out of 10 points (lowered because of the ending)
