Gmarket haul 12

Gmarket haul 12~~!! tadah.....
i had so much i wanted to purchase but i could not purchase them all.
**Please note that i got this haul almost at the same time as haul 11 .

Gmarket EMS box, crushed down again! Such soft board material.

From coreana , eco36.9 nokdu pure mask, 5 sheets. I've used this before and found it quite good for me. It has a neck area mask sheet too.

These masks are not for those with oily skin/combi-oily skin types. It is highly sticky but i find it very moisturising, great for my dehydrated skin. Skin feels more plumped and lubricated after each use. Not bad.
However, the manufacturing date on these seem to backdate till 2009!!! i wonder if i've been scammed!
but when i opened one sheet of mask to use, it feels fine, looks fine, smells fine, and works fine too! so i'll quickly get these 5 sheets over and done with.

I got some su:m 37 wrinkle correctors, a large bunch of 'em.

The texture is very very creamy . Colour is yellowish like retinol creams. I tried to search for active ingredients, but found none. So i wonder is this has retinol in it.
This one is not for oily skin types. It is very creamy in texture! it even feels a little on the heavy side and leaves a greasy look. So only for dry and normal skin types.

More from sooryehan. The bichaek pure whitening essence:

A pearly white serum :
Feels pretty on my skin. No adverse irritation of drying out of skin. i'm liking it. Let's see if this works like whoo's jinaek program...........

History of whoo's Hwanyugo. 2 pretty gold embossed boxes. they have this look of stature and luxury........ aren't they pretty?

Texture is as expected, highly luxurious!

Samples from the seller, actually, i got them mixed up so i'm not sure which seller these came from.

This seller had a cute sense when sending samples. She stapled one ohui sunscience sunblock on a piece of pink paper. The sad thing is i did not understand the writing on it at all.

Sooryehan's Soo's chunsam sanghwang set:

Very pretty packaging, and makes me feel all high-classed. The essence, eye cream and face cream.

Manufacturing date of 2011 may, that's great! very recently manufactured.

This is a view on the essence, both pic taken at different times of the day with different amounts pumped out:
1. day time small amount pumped out.
 2. night time larger amount pumped out:
The colour of the essence is yellow with a cream texture. The texture is very very rich and it even proved a little too rich for my dehydrated skin type. I could not use the serum and the cream together. The serum is more like a cream for me so i can entirely skip the face cream.
The face cream is very rich too. I find it too rich for me. Perhaps this line is more for those in their 40s and above.

Here's the chunsam sanghwang cream. Looks like a paste and is yellow beige in colour. This one must be melted in your palm or between your fingers before you can apply it. If not you'll look like a grease ball in no time.

A box of collagen hydrogel eye patches. comes in a set of 5.

This doesn't work very well. Will not repurchase.

Stuff from Re:nk. I've just tried these and have now fallen in love with re:nk!! i'm definitely gonna get more re:nk products to try, the texture and absorbality is great.

Their Face up lifting line. The serum in samples of 5ml tubes.

Texture is a transparent serum, easy to spread, quite light and its absorb-ability is good.

Re:nk's face up lifting cream in 3 tubes of 5ml.

The texture of the cream is light and easily absorbed. Very nice cream. Feels good on the face. It's light weight and more for my less dehydrated days.

20ml sized Re:nk time lab softerner. The toner from the time lab series. Very good texture and provides ample moisturisation, perfect for my dehydrated skin. It's almost like the hadalabo toner where the texture is thicker than normal toners and not as liquid. It takes awhile to be absorbed thought. and the fragrance is a little strong. I did not like the smell of it.

From sidmool: another bottle of their Gold Lift Mela Bye SVC 20.
It's a vitamin C serum with gold powder in it.

you can see the gold powder in the dropper:

20% Vitamin C serum with gold and CoQ10 added. This is not for oily skin as the texture can be sticky. But i find it pretty good as it makes skin bouncier.

Sidmool is very generous with samples and i got a whole lot of it. The bad thing is that their samples are written only in Korean so i have a hard time trying to know what is what.

sidmool Mask sheets, 5 of them from sidmool, all free.

A whole load of other sidmool samples and even a full sized tube of product , all Free! So very generous of them.

The full sized tube is a water gel: Nano platinum mineral water/aloe. For all skin types . 100ml

Nicely sealed for hygiene purposes:

Texture is a clear gel, like aloevera gel.

These samples are from a different seller, i think the one from Re:nk. Again, i have no idea what these are as the packages have no english for me to decipher the contents.

This one is a sample from the sooryehan seller. Camellia body cleanser.

Well that's all for now.............. til the next time of gmarket hauls........toodles.

korean skin care review: peeling gel 2

more peeling gels:

Coreana's Senite pure nokdu peeling gel

This one is so so so expensive, i bought it from gmarket at about 13500 wons (about RM38 excluding ems costs)! you can get two for about 8000-9000 wons from other sellers. What a rip off! I actually wanted a different version which is dark army green in colour similar to the colour of the coreana items below:

But instead i got the cheaper Senite version which makes it so expensive. My tube is 100ml. Definitely not economical!
Don't ever get from this seller (it's in my top blacklists list):  분장몰

i tried to get a refund but unsuccessful, even gmarket customer's service couldn't do anything for me. So i just opened and used it.

I don't have the ingredients list as it in Korean, so sorry.

How to use:
it works similar to the beauty credit coenzymeQ10 peeling gel that i've just reviewed in the previous post.
My personal instructions -- take an amount equal to about our Malaysian 20sen coin size or less and spread all over (i even use it under my eyes) and on the neck if there is still left over. Leave on for a minute or two and then start rubbing your skin. The gel will start to peel forming white "peels" like a gommage.

My experience:
It's ok, not the best. It leaves my skin mildly hydrated, and smooth. I much prefer Beauty Credit coenzyme Q10 peeling gel which leaves my skin more plumped and bouncier. And Beauty Credit's is definitely way more economical at only RM25-30 for 150ml.
I have no problems using this for my dehydrated and super sensitive skin even on a daily basis. No stinging etc, so it's mild enough for everyone. Not sure about acne skin types though.

conclusion: Better go for Beauty Credit Coenzyme Q10 peeling gel.

korean skin care review: peeling gel 1

A short review on peeling gels
1. Beauty credit's Coenzyme Q10 Peeling gel

 from Korea.

First off, Beauty Credit's Coenzyme Q10 Peeling gel

Sorry for the blurry picture, i'm not very good with cameras and i think my camera is out dated ;-)

It's a yellow large tube 150ml and in my opinion, value for money. It's inexpensive the tube lasts and lasts. It is enriched with Coenzyme q10 an anti-aging element. Here's a rather blurred ingredients list pic:
Hope you can view the ingredients list. I got this tube for about RM25++. so to me it is rather economical.

description
Reveal younger fresher skin with this gentle peeling gel made with extracts of apple and Coenzyme Q10. Use once a week to remove lifeless dull skin. Refreshes and rejuvenates skin instantly.

What is CoenzymeQ10: as we age we lose our natural ability to produce CoEnzyme Q10. Our skin cells become less active and loose vitality and bounce which is vital for a youthful appearance.

How to use:
My personal instructions -- take an amount equal to about our Malaysian 20sen coin size or less and spread all over (i even use it under my eyes) and on the neck if there is still left over. Leave on for a minute or two and then start rubbing your skin. The gel will start to peel forming white "peels" like a gommage.

My experience:
Wonderful! not drying for my sensitive dehydrated skin and i can feel a difference right after i use it. My skin is more bouncy and hydrated and smooth. I do not like to use harsh heavily beaded scrubs like st.ives apricot scrubs because they are too harsh on my sensitive skin. I can even use everyday with no problems
So i like gommage peels and this one works good for me.
But not when you have acne, because it is hydrating it is not recommended for acne skin types, but more for sensitive dehydrated or dry skin.

Gmarket haul 6

Yikes Gmarket is simply eating into my hard earned savings
i truly need to stop for some time, ...... i wonder if it would be possible??

Recent haul pics:

The EMS cardboard parcel box....

Bought some vitamin K cream for skin redness. Unfortunately, it was too oily for my skin. What a bummer.
A small kit of Vitamin A,B and E creams were given in sample sizes.

Hera aquabolic's well-known moisturising line. I'm glad i tried it, it's really good.
Consists of moisturising water, emulsion, serum, aquabolic waterfall cream, preperfection serum, mineral sleeping mask.
I also bought their line of cleansing emulsion and foam , just to try (first three tubes in the plastic bag)
.
Ok, so the steps are: cleansing emulsion --> cleansing foam --> preperfection serum (this is like first care serum in the sulwhasoo range) --> aquabolic water --> aquabolic serum --> aquabolic emulsion --> waterfall cream --> mineral mask (at night)

i actually skipped the aquabolic water and emulsion as i find the combination of preperfection serum, waterfall serum and the cream hydrating enough. will be getting more of the aquabolic cream as i really like it. There is a nutritive cream in the same line that i have yet to try.

Did not like the cleansers though, so i'm glad it's sample sizes. They left me feeling sticky, heavy and uncleansed.

Coreana nokdu's senite peeling gel (100ml tube). This was not what i wanted. i think i got cheated by the seller. This is a much cheaper version than the normal dark green nokdu peeling gel. Sigh....... will not buy from this seller ever again.

More coreana nokdu sheet masks (i find them pretty good). And wanted to try their line of cleansing emulsion and foams (sadly , i did not fancy the cleansers, again too sticky and heavy for my liking).

Hera preperfection serum and  aquabolic serum! (i'm glad i got these, they are great!)
lowest item in the pic is hera's retinol cream (gonna use it on smile lines).

Elishacoy's gold mineral bb cream 15 ml sized tube. Nope, no good for me, it dries me up and sits into my pores. If you'd like to get a hold of this, let me know.

Sum37's white award luminous treatment sample sachets, and sunaway essential sun block spf 42PA+++
Currently, my fave sunblock! it's on the creamier side but surprisingly, does not feel heavy nor does it "pull" my skin like all the sunblocks that i've tried. It's not the best yet, but i am happily using it daily.

Sum 37's 1102 extreme time control vital essence, and newly launched luminous concentrate! this luminous concentrate is like history of whoo's whitening intensive, which is a 4-week concentrated treatment for fair skin. Hope this treats the freckles and uneven skin tone :-)

Sum 37's  white detox mask ( i find it fun to use with the bubbles and foam tickling your face), and skin saver essential cleansing cream. The cleansing cream is ok but not fantastic, next up i'd like to try the cleansing foam from the same line.

Hera's sunmate air light spf30pa++ (orange sachets on the right) , it's meant to be a make up base. Powdery cream with mineral sunblock filter. the texture is like a creamy sunblock but quite thick and difficult to spread. I did not like it.
Hera's HD foundation in #21. Good stuff, this one! it makes my skin looked air brush! however, the colour is a bit on the yellow side. But i do like the feel of it, light and doesn't accentuate the pores. Doesn't look too made up when wearing this. However, no oil control, so wear an oil control primer prior to putting this on, i would suggest.

Shu uemura's phyto-black range. I've always wanted to try this range from shu uemura but the very expensive price tags deterred me. When i saw sample sizes on Gmarket, i grabbed them immediately!
first off, radiance boosting lotion,
A lightweight lotion that activates skin cell turnover while giving a radiant glow and helps reverse the signs of aging. Reduces fine lines and wrinkles. Suitable for all skin types
This one contains AHA and i really wanted to start using some form of either AHA or BHA on my skin seeing how good the clinique turnover was for my sister.

Others in the picture: phyto black lift intense anti wrinkle concentrate, phyto black lift smoothing anti wrinkle emulsion.
